Fleet 1st now called Fleet Priority Services

Formerly known as Fleet 1st, Fleet Priority Services introduces its collision repair network for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty and recreational vehicles in North America. The organization changed its name to reflect accurately its full range of collision repair services for North American fleets.

Bill Hinchcliffe, executive director of the Cedar Rapids IA-based firm, said, “With Fleet Priority Services, you call one toll-free number, and we'll connect you to over 350 quality heavy-vehicle collision repair facilities throughout the United States and Canada.”

“We'll manage the entire collision repair process,” said Amy Stevens, operations manager for Fleet Priority Services. “We arrange for towing, make backhaul arrangements for non-immediate transfer of damaged vehicles, and most important, make sure your vehicle ends up at the collision repair facility that specializes in the work you need done.”
