Ed Justis has been named president and chief executive officer of Arrow Truck Sales Inc after the retirement of Lewis Nerman. Justis formerly was chief operations officer. Lee Wallace has been promoted to vice-president — field operations; he most recently was vice-president — Eastern Region. Jim Stevenson, vice-president — purchasing and sales, has been named vice-president — asset management. Jerry Nerman, Arrow's founding partner, will continue as executive vice-president — business development and industry relations and will remain chairman emeritus.

Jeffrey E Morgan has been named national accounts sales manager by Leyman Lift Gates. He most recently was commercial transportation sales manager for the CorTec division of Crane Co.

Horton Inc has promoted its upper Midwest territory manager, Jeff Lindgren, to director of field sales. Lindgren will maintain his territory management responsibilities and also will oversee all aftermarket sales activities for Horton's American and Canadian Field Sales Group.

Sean P McGowan has resigned as president, chief executive officer, and member of the board of directors of Catalyst International Inc.
