Door to Door Organics expands its territory

Door to Door Organics, a leading natural and organic online grocery delivery service, has expanded into Omaha NE. Omaha customers who crave farm-fresh organic produce delivered to their door, can begin placing orders February 26 with deliveries to residences or places of business beginning the week of February 29. New customers will enjoy a special, one-time offer to save 50% on their first produce box.

“We are poised for a year of exciting growth and a dedicated focus to our customer experience, continuing to ensure that our customers are delighted by the entire food experience we strive to provide,” said Chad Arnold, chief executive officer of Door to Door Organics.

During the growing season, Door to Door Organics customers enjoy a selection of regionally grown produce for their regular weekly or biweekly deliveries, thanks to an integrated mix of distributors and farmers offering USDA-certified organic produce. Customers can also select from nearly 1,000 natural groceries for their box, including local items like milk from Good Natured Family Farms.

This milk producer is a strong proponent of the farming tradition as well as a careful steward of sustainability for the environment. As a statement on its website says:

We want nothing more than to live on the land and farm it.  We want to produce food that doesn’t poison the earth or the ground water.  We want to use methods that make that food safe and preserve the land for future generations of farmers.  There are over 100 family farms and small businesses in our alliance.  Some are third- or fourth-generation stewards of the land who raise their animals humanely and care for the earth in a sustainable fashion. We have banded together to be able to bring our foods to retailers and restaurants through a strong Local Food partnership with SYSCO.  When you purchase Good Natured Family Farms’ products, you support the local family farms around the Kansas City area as well as our various “Good Food” charitable endeavors.

Door to Door Organics currently operates in 15 states and more than 50 cities and has made nearly 4 million deliveries since 2005.
